Karla’s passion lies in creating a sustainable and forward-thinking membership model that fosters connection, opportunity, and growth for professional Black women. As a candidate for National Membership Director, she is committed to reviving recruitment efforts, retaining engaged members, and reimagining administrative processes to ensure NANBPWC not only thrives today but for generations to come.

“Membership is the heartbeat of our organization. When we invest in our members—through leadership, opportunity, and sisterhood—we create a legacy of strength, service, and success.”- Karla Wallace

NANBPWC, Inc. is at a pivotal moment. For years, we have watched membership fluctuate, engagement decline, and recruitment efforts struggle to keep pace with the evolving needs of today’s professional Black women. I am running for National Membership Director because I believe in the power of community, innovation, and strategic leadership to reverse this trend. Through Reviving recruitment, Retaining engaged members, and Reimagining membership administration, we will build a stronger, more sustainable future for NANBPWC Inc.—together.
